Beauty School Skills Can Be Used Professionally and Personally
Watch this 4 min video by Michelle Enberg – cosmetology students at Evergreen Beauty College as she shares the most important skill she learned in beauty school was building relationships.
Her outgoing personality and willingness to help others has really helped her shine while at our school. It was amazing to see her transform into the professional that she is today; from her positive attitude, to her persistent drive to be the International Business Student of the Year.
Michelle consistently has marketed herself from the moment she came out onto the salon floor. We don’t think she has had a single day with out a request guest on her books, and if she did she jumped on social media or on her phone to try to fill her spots. She has mastered the art of customer service with her clients and has even grown to double, sometimes even triple book herself to take care of all her request clients.
Since hitting the salon floor Michelle has been business student of the month 5 times. A lot of our students look to her for how to build their business. Michelle is always going out of her way to help other students on the floor anytime that she can spare, I am confident that she will be a great salon owner or manager one day.
Michelle has a very bright future ahead of her and I’m proud to have her as an Evergreen graduate. She is a perfect example of what Nuts and Bolts Business Training Company stands for and will continue to increase the respect for our industry! Michelle is a nominee for the International Business Student of the Year in the cosmetology category for the Everett Campus.
