“I’m a military wife and had began a Cosmetology program in California; however, after receiving information that we’d be relocating to Whidbey Island and only being half way through a 1600 hour program I had to figure out what my options were. Unfortunately as it was a different state, my hours weren’t transferable. I knew three things, I wanted to work in the beauty industry, I wanted to be my own boss and wanted to offer services that I was passionate about. Learning that I could be an Esthetician and fulfill these three goals and be finished in about 6 months I knew this would be my new career path…”
