THE ART OF BARBERING
Study at Evergreen’s distinguished barbering program, offered at the North Seattle campus. From the touch of the warm towel to the last snip, you’ll learn about how to provide a timeless experience as a barber. Evergreen instructors will train you in customer service, the fundamentals of manipulating the shears, and giving a straight razor shave with ease.

Seattle is known as the Emerald City due to the surrounding evergreen forests. Our campus is within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and pharmacies. It’s only a 10-minute drive from the beach and less than an hour away from some of the most breathtaking state parks. When students aren’t in class, they can find endless inspiring and fun things to do around North Seattle.
WHAT STUDENTS CAN EXPECT
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
Students are in class from morning to evening at virtually any other beauty school 8-10 hrs a day. At Evergreen, you can complete online assignments at your convenience, and you're only in onsite for four hours per day.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is to allow students to get their work done without putting arbitrary time constraints on them. We want to give students the time to focus and the space to practice their newly developed skills while allowing them the space to absorb the material.

Evergreen values each student and strives to nurture their growth through guidance, equipping them with the knowledge and tools they'll need to succeed. In addition, we encourage externships and networking to propel their career paths.

Once students begin practicing with real customers, they can start building relationships and retain clients upon graduation if they work locally.
