Main duties of the position will be front desk, client services, maintaining the cleanliness of the studio as well as providing excellent skincare to our loyal clientele. You will learn a unique, time tested treatment that produces amazing results, how we are a part of our clients’ routine and how the treatment is delivered. The position will begin as an hourly position while training 3 days per week, but will slowly grow into more depending on how quickly you can learn the technique. DERMASPACE has a single foundational treatment process with add-on services. Candidate MUST be flexible with schedule. Requirements: • Excellent communication skills and a naturally positive attitude • Professional appearance • Very high communication and client relationship skills (answer client questions regarding services and products) • Sound judgment • Professional phone etiquette • Must be well organized, extremely reliable, on time and with a high degree of integrity • Strong self-drive with ability to multi-task and take initiative • Ability to respond to business needs with creativity and initiative Responsibilities: • Administrative support to DERMASPACE Owner if needed • Additional support to fellow DERMASPACE staff as needed • Create appointments for clients on the telephone and in person (Vagaro booking system a plus) • Greet all clients in friendly, attentive and courteous manner and answer all questions regarding services and products (must be able to learn about our product line) • Oversee reception, waiting area and treatment rooms (general cleaning, in-between client maintenance, etc.) • Monitor ongoing client satisfaction (relay client comments and special needs to the owner when appropriate, manage client expectations and kindness and compassion) • Attend mandatory meetings as needed Education/Training/Experience: • Experienced Licensed Esthetician in WA state (must know how to do manual extractions – I will teach you the DERMASPACE method) You will be required to sign a non-compete & non-disclosure agreement upon employment.
