This article is recongizing the top 40 leaders in the region that are under the age of 40. Joe Trieu, President of Evergreen Beauty College in Washington State was one of the honorees of the 40 Under 40 for 2019.

Over the past six consecutive years, Evergreen Beauty College was honored as the 100 Best Companies to Work For in Washington State, but this year was exceptional!  Evergreen placed in #2 in the Mid-Size category (50 – 150 Employees)! 

Last week, Senate Bill 5326 was introduce. If passed, it would make booth renting illegal for Cosmetologist and Hair Designers, while excluding licensed barbers.

Yesterday I was flooded by texts and emails from our graduates on a Senate Bill that would make booth renting illegal in Washington State.

I initially thought was this was rumor, but upon research found this to be true!

The bill is known as SB 5326, which was introduced in the Washington State Senate earlier
