You would start off assisting Antonio with his clients while building out your own books. Our stylists are typically booked several weeks in the future, so you will be taking most of the new clients once you've settled in. Our salon is dedicated to growing the most successful and skilled stylists in the industry. We offer advanced education through in salon classes, attending hair shows and outside classses and bringing in guest artist such as celebrity hair stylist Ruth Roche, Marv Smith, Kenny Berk and Nanette Guild. As well as monthly coaching and goal setting sessions to give you all the tools you need to be successful. New Talent stylists or stylists with less than 2 years experience will be invited to participate in our associate training program. During this level you will be mentored by our salon owner or one of our high level stylists on consulting, formulating, color application, educating clients, advanced design and technical skills and providing an experience to clients that will earn you the clientele you desire as well as how to set and achieve goals. This level is about 3-6 months long and prepares you for the next level in your career. (Stylist with less than 2 years experience that have advanced training may opt out of the associate level.) Stylists who have more than 2 years experience or have completed our associate program will be given a career path plan as well as an earning potential plan and be provided with all the coaching and tools necessary to set and achieve your goals and make lots of money! |
