Celebrities + Bad Hair Days = A Lesson for All

The crowning glory, so to speak, of most celebrities is their hair. You can see that both on camera and off, each star fusses over their hair. Believe it or not, many celebrities won’t even go outside without having a nice hairstyle they can show off. Some do their hair themselves, but many need hair stylists almost every day! Although it’s a lot of work, this creates great earning opportunities for hair stylists who want to work with celebrities and get their name known.

Once in a while, celebrities have some bad luck (or too much late night partying!) and they are seen in public with some REALLY messy hair. A bad hair day might be miserable for a celebrity — but for a hair stylist its a perfect opportunity to work some magic!

Check out these celebs’ bad hair days!

Was there a  hurricane outside when Tim Burton arrived for his press conference?

It looks like Helena Bonham Carter has really had her super bad hair day. I’ve only seen this type of hair from Edward

Scissorhands’ work!

This is the patented hairstyle of Sarah Jessica Parker from the famous television series, Sex and the City.  Looks like Sarah Jessica Parker (aka Carrie Bradshaw) over-curled her 80’s look. Now she will always be remembered for this look!

I don’t think Sarah Jessica Parker knew what her hair stylist did to her. She isn’t going to a Halloween party wearing witch attire, right?

Is it windy outside or did Gary Busey stay up too late partying last night?  One thing is for sure: no hairdresser came up with this hairstyle.

Liam Neeson,  all that wind almost makes your hair look like a wig. If you’re filming a movie, the hair department must be close.

Madonna must have forgotten how she should look as the queen of pop if she would like to retain the title. Although the queen of pop  was known for her different styles of hair in the 80’s (thanks the imaginative work of her hair artists), what would her fans think of this?

Supermodel Elle Macpherson after a long nap — did she dream of Steven Tyler, Aerosmith’s lead singer? It sure looks like a copy of his signature style!

Everyone has a bad hair day, unfortunately Steve Carell was caught with this one.  I wonder how he gets so much lift!

Although Salma Hayek is gorgeous, this hair style is just not right.

Demi Moore goes with a creative look.  Or dramatic.  Or hilarious.
Is Daniel Craig undercover for his new 007 movie? Nope, he actually grew this hair for a tv show a long time ago.  Just call him Blonde, James Blonde.

Kelis’ milkshake hit song made her singing career.  I’m not sure these looks will bring any boys to the yard.

Just looking at the pictures, would you advise Jada Smith that her hair needs some work? It’s too easy to over-do a hair-do.

Nicki Minaj is famous for her funky hairstyles, makeup and clothing, so is it ever over the top?

I wonder if this is how the wig looked before she put it on.

Kristen Stewart becomes one scary vampire with this style.

Note to Kate Hudson:  put down the curling iron!

Supermodels usually have the habit of changing their hairstyles a lot. They have different events and their hair stylists must be innovative. Heidi Klum has so many different styles that some of them are bound to be a hit — and some will be a miss. Guess which one this is?

Miley Cyrus is having a party in the USA, and the hair stylist wasn’t invited.
Beyonce usually has some fierce hair.  This day, Blue had the better ‘do.

The worst nightmare for some celebrities is when they’ve been caught with a bad hairstyle. Naturally,  photographers (or paparazzi) take pictures of them and publish them on magazines or daily newspapers.  This is why they rely on to reputable hairstylists, who know what their doing, to consult with.

With so much wild hair to manage, hairstylists are often the biggest miracle workers of the entertainment industry!
