About Moriah Eide

Being able to get out of your comfort zone and follow your dreams can be scary but, Ms. Moriah Eide let her passion for the industry guide her. “I decided to go through the Hair Design program because hair was always something that I wanted to do. I held back for so long because it was out of my comfort zone. I had the urge and want to start my life and have a career that tapped in more to my artistic side. Before the program I was dental assisting and waitressing.” Shares Moriah. When we asked Moriah why she choose Evergreen Beauty College she shares, “I chose Evergreen Beauty College because I like that they have a variety of programs. I liked that Evergreen had the option of doing just focusing on hair.”

The Evergreen Experience

Since starting the Hair Design program with us Ms. Moriah has shared some of her highlights of what she has enjoyed, what has helped her so far, and what sets her apart from other Hair Designers: “I absolutely love being able to change someone’s hair through using color, whether that’s an all over color, highlights or balayage. I definitely want to be a colorist.” States Moriah. “I think I have a strong sense of knowing that even if I do a good job on someone’s hair through a cut, color, or style that I know that there is always room to grow through improvements, no matter how good you get you can always get better.” Explains Moriah.  Ms. Moriah Eide shares her strengths and also specialties within her training so far. “Finding clients is one of the best assignments in school because it’s one way to get better at your art. I am a very outgoing bubbly person and I love helping others and being a positive asset in someone’s life as well as being someone that anyone can talk to about anything they are going through. I enjoy variety even though I absolutely love color I also enjoy giving haircuts and a style that suits anyone’s lifestyle.”
