Simple Business Practices Creates a Simple Way to Success

Amanda enrolled with us for esthetics back in March 2015, and I knew the moment I met her that she was someone special. The determination and dedication that Amanda has for this industry is contagious. From the first day of school she showed her passion and excitement to help others. She may not have been the best at the hands on portion in the beginning of school, but with her hard work and love of this industry, she became the best in her class.

I remember Amanda’s first Nuts and Bolts class she attended, she couldn’t wait to start taking appointments and building her career. She went home and knocked door to door to all of her neighbors, and shared with them that she just started school and loved what she does. She let them know that her school offered an amazing deal called the E Card, it was only $40 dollars. She asked them to please help her in her journey to become an esthetician. If they purchased the card, they would receive 15% off all services and retail products for one entire year and received 3 free services that totaled to be a $59 value. Amanda even offered to hand deliver the E cards. The following school day Amanda came up to me and gave me nearly $400.00, and asks if what she did would be ok. I said, “WOW, absolutely!” That was the beginning of this young lady’s wonderful journey.

Once Amanda actual hit the floor, she was already fully booked and had no available appointments to take walk in’s, and if someone canceled she had a waiting list.

Amanda is going to make a huge impact in this industry, and I am excited to see her grow in her success.
