Evergreen Beauty College Voted Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2018
The 1,400-person event kicked off with live-music, open bar cocktail party, followed by a terrific dinner & awards program where KIRO TV’s Voice of the Seahawks Steve Raible emceed and announce Team Evergreen Beauty College as a 5-time WA Best Company to Work For. Best Companies is the undisputed Washington state business event of the year!
Again this year, a record number of companies large and small from all over the state were nominated in Washington’s 29th annual search for the 100 Best Companies to Work for program. Over 77,000 Washington state employees, including 4-TIME Best Company to Work For Evergreen Beauty College, were asked in depth about their workplace. The vast majority of companies that go through the survey process never make the 100 Best list and in some ways it is even harder to remain on the list. It happens every year that companies on the list for a year or three, even nine or ten can and do fall off entirely because staying on the Best Companies to Work For list is really hard!
After scoring and analyzing employees’ in-depth survey results covering every aspect of the workplace, on Thursday evening June 28 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, Evergreen Beauty College was named one of Seattle Business magazine’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2018. People love working the family, the management team, and their fellow collogues and students. You can see the employees love and cherish the community and it shows in every aspect of the business. To make WA’s Best Companies list this year especially when so many did not is a powerful statement about what the founder Mama Thi started building all those years ago, its current leadership, about listening to their employees. Evergreen Beauty College’s owners have rented out the entire 50,000 sq foot venue of the “Flying Circus” to have all of their employees and families come out to celebrate this award in fashion by recognizing the community all of them are committed to creating and celebrating in a fun way with their close ones.
