Improve Your Hair’s Health to Promote Faster Growth

healthy hairIt is not easy to grow hair quickly. The use of certain appliances, coupled with stresses in your life, make your hair liable to become damaged. This will leave you with little chance of your hair growing longer. The following tips will help you to acquire long, beautiful hair.

Strengthen Your Hair to Make it Grow Quickly

First, you must rid your hair of the damage that already has been done. Do not think that you have to do anything drastic. By merely trimming your hair often, you will remove split ends that are prone to breaking. This will prevent damage that leads to less healthy or slower growth.

Give Your Hair Some Pampering

Be sure to use the right type of products for your hair type. However, in order to get stronger hair, it is necessary to use protein-based conditioners and shampoos. If you treat the tips of your hair well, you will not have to cut them as often. Hair oils have been found to be a miracle treatment. Jenoris pistachio oil can rehabilitate and protect your hair fibers. Your hair will be more manageable, soft, and extremely shiny. You do not want to use oil everyday.

Massage Your Scalp

The scalp responds quite well to touch. By massaging it daily, you will be stimulating blood supply to your hair follicles. Your hair will grow more as the follicles secrete oil. Before bed, rotate your fingers over your scalp for a couple of minutes.

Change Your Styling Routine

Brushes and appliances can harm your hair from the friction and heat that they respectively produce. This will make your hair brittle and dry, making it easier to break. It is best to stop using any appliances that work with heat. Use blow dryers on the lowest setting if it is necessary, though it is ideal to air dry. Try a wide-tooth hairbrush or comb for detangling your hair. Also, watch out for brushing your hair too rough, or putting it up too tight.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals

Resist using harsh chemicals on your hair. Many activities can lead to breakage and hair loss. Avoid repetitive coloring and bleaching, as well as perming, straightening, crimping and curling. For dyeing your hair, try the synthetic-free Henna by Lush. This actually can improve your hair’s condition.

Keep Stress at Bay

If stress in your life is intense enough, your hair growth will slow or stop entirely. Stress even has been known to cause hair loss is it is severe enough. Hair loss and thinning can be caused by many things, however. Genetics, diet, and thyroid issues especially can cause problems. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned.

Maintain a Healthy Diet to Grow Hair Quickly

Make sure that you eat a good amount of protein daily for optimal hair health. Hair literally is made up of a protein, keratin. This makes it especially important to eat protein, so that you can produce the amino acids necessary for proper hair growth. Sources of healthy protein include the following: nuts, beans, lean meats, fish, soy products and eggs. Eat these every day, and your hair will grow in fast and healthy.  For more information on hair care tips, contact us at Evergreen Beauty School.

Avoiding harsh chemicals is indeed important specially choosing your shampoos and conditioners. Some contains bad chemicals which is bad for the hair if use in larger amount.
