Skincare Schools in Washington’s Education

In 2010, Evergreen entered their first Nuts and Bolts International Business Student of the Year competition against other beauty colleges all across North America and Australia AND in 2011 walked away with it’s first 1st Place finish! Steven Thompson took home top prize for Cosmetology then and every year since, Evergreen has placed somewhere in the top three for either Esthetics or Cosmetology. However, we hadn’t had our first 1st Place Esthetics winner……until 2014!!

This year, we had three top 3 finishers, including our very first 1st Place Esthetics winner: Jenna Jones from the Bellevue campus! Kristina Kushner from the Everett campus took home 2nd place for Esthetics and Renton (in it’s very first year) took home 3rd place for Cosmetology with Samantha Sauve! That’s pretty impressive for some local Skin Care  & Hair schools in Washington State. Go Evergreen Beauty College for representing the northwest!

Samantha Sauve, 3rd Place Cosmetology, had a posse of groupies there cheering her on 🙂 Samantha said, “It was very exciting and very unexpected. As soon as you walk in the room you realize how big of a deal it is. It’s a lot more real.” One of her biggest supporters, Nicole Gutierrez said, “It was nice that we got to join her and go there and experience it ourselves too and cheer for her.”

Checkout the list of the awesome prizes given to our 2014 winners!
