Summer Makeup Looks You Can DIY

Almost every makeup lover these days spends a chunk of their social media time on Pinterest. This platform offers a way to cultivate and share your favorite looks and even an opportunity to promote looks that you’ve created. The warm months are on their way, and we know that summer beauty trends are going to start populating your boards. Here are a few of our favorites so far that you can totally Pinterest DIY.

Make sure your highlight game is on point. Use it on your cheek bones and other structured areas of your face for definition.

Soft Peach

Take the drama down a notch, and leave the dark smokey eye in winter. Go for a soft peach to lighten things up.

White Shimmer

Draw attention to your eyes and make them look wider by using white.

Turquoise Liner

Add a pop of unique color by changing up your liner color.

Bold Lips

Use subtle colors on your eyes and face, and let your lips be the center of attention!

Why These Looks Work

Think about all the colors that arrive in summertime. You want to replicate the beauty that nature creates. Use blue skies, white clouds, clear water, and pink sand to inspire your makeup looks! An additional tip to keep in mind is this: purchase a foundation that has an SPF but is still lightweight. You are going to spend time in the sun!
