With elaborate decorations and costumes everywhere you look, Halloween is the perfect time to get creative with your look. Check out a few of our favorite nail designs for Halloween and try them yourself.
Keep it Simple
Nail art doesn’t need to be complicated.

No rest for the wicked. Appropriate considering it was just Halloween. Anybody make it to the Hair Raising fashion show? There were certainly some spooky costumes there. I was running around like the white rabbit gluing nails on left and right, I even did some makeup.

It’s October. The season is changing, nights getting darker earlier, and that pesky holiday Halloween is on the horizon. Love any of it or hate it, everybody is aware of this time of year.

When you decide to be a nail technician student at Evergreen Beauty College, Miss Mimi, your nail tech instructor is the first face you’ll see at 8am when you walk into school.

Sometimes life has a funny way of making itself come full circle. Last weekend I got to take a road trip east to Electric City, Washington with one of my oldest friends, Tara Brooks, though we lost touch for almost 5 years and a handful of scattered years before that.

Today I challenged my nail tech classmates to do some nail art that was themed for this up coming weekend’s festivities for the 4th of July.  I always love to see all of the different styles and ideas everyone comes up with.

The current Nail Technician class at Evergreen Beauty College is holding a nail competition that has me and my fellow classmates taking pictures we find for inspiration of whatever we would like, whether it be other nail art, fashion, or the “feel” of a picture that inspires us to create nail art from that photo.

The summer 2014 beauty season is in full swing.
